Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

Slow delivery

Bike delivery it took 3 weeks. Initial estimation was 9-16 days. Everything looks good, looking forward to test the bike.

Dear customer, thank you for your order and your review. I have checked your case: you can see from the tracking that we have already handed over the order to our logistics partner the next day. For your delivery country, a longer transport route with several means of transport as well as customs clearance is necessary, so the delivery took a few days longer. Unfortunately, we can not influence this and therefore indicate in our store a delivery time of up to 12 working days.
