Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Great prices and a good range. Some discount sites only have xxxl in luminous pink or something equally obscure, but bike discount actually have a proper range
Return postage from Ireland could be a bit easier, I started a return and the website didn't actually give me a return address

I have purchased in this store many times. The service is really exceptional and they are veeeey knowledgeable.
Besides that, I’m the kind of clients that will always compare prices and almost always they have the best prices.
Finally, customer support is very fast and friendly.
Really great assortiment. Fast response if you have a question about a product or solution if something must be replaced.
Always fair if you need information.
I bought a the new Radon Render in 2020 and the never disappointed me. Not the bike and not the bikediscount shop.

Definitely a possitive review, the bike is awesome and I like it a lot, but two things I didn't like at first - some spokes on the rear wheel was not tightened and the wheel was imbalanced, also the rear derailleur has not been set and the gears was not working properly.

Tem equipamento, componentes e bicicletas de topo, o envio e acompanhamento do mesmo são bons e o envio é rápido. Tem alguns artigos a preços imbatíveis, top!! A melhorar, talvez o valor do envio é um pouco caro. E fazerem algumas promoções para clientes frequentes.

Ordering system is perfect. Payment methods could be better. Ideal payment is unfortunately missing only payments by credit card. My credit card was after successful payment without reason rejected by bike-discount, second time it worked well.

Great products and prices. Shipping was very delayed (not the fault of bike-discount) and unfortunately took quite a while to get an update. Hopefully this was a once off courier issue, but the investigation could have been better handled.

De beloofde snelle levering van 1 dag na bestelling werd uiteindelijk meer dan een week na bestelling , en dit voor een simpele buitenband die dan ook nog eens op voorraad bleek . Maar op uitzondering van de levering was de service goed.

Ceny sú zaujímavé ,ale po dva krát mi poslali nohavice že štítkom veľkosť 30 a boli 28.ci to bol osud ?neviem,ale príjemné to nieje lebo poštovné do Nemecka je veľké ,takže už len na poštovnom za vratku som dal okolo 40 eur.
