Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

Besides the price Jam 8.9

"Besides the price, what I liked the most was the quick communication. In my opinion, I don't know if it was because the purchase date coincided with the holiday season (Christmas and New Year), but the shipping left something to be desired, taking a bit longer than the promised delivery times. However, overall, it went well, with good packaging of the goods and the bike in impeccable condition."

The delivery was as expected, the after sales was partially good and could also be better. The information concerning a particular request (possibility to place a frame lock)was not given correctly . But they were helpful when I told there was no bike bell although it is a legal requirement, they immediately send me one.

Bike discount is a good webshop for all kind of bicycling parts. The prices are also sharp and the communication throughout messages and email is well done. Although i have lately lots of problems with DHL whom is shipping for Bike-Discount. Bike discount is handling the problems well.

Rockshox SID Ultimate 29' fork

I ordered a Rockshox SID Ultimate 29' fork and other things. In the scope of delivery of the fork, it says that the set also contains a fender, which I did not receive... That's why I'm giving 4 stars. Everything else was great. The fork is super.

Improvements in packaging and delivery time

I think it's important to improve the delivery time for orders. The last time I ordered a sram cassette, it came wrapped in bubble wrap. I think that a part like that should come packed in the original box and not the way it came.

Shipping is expensive No matter how amount of Euros you order for, shipping outside Germany always costs 8 EUR. I would love if there would be a certain number, where shipping becomes free
