Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Useless service
Take your money and show items in stock, but leave you waiting weeks for delivery. When you follow up you find that items were not in fact in stock and are on back order and your entire order held up.
There is no phone number or live chat so when you try follow up you are left waiting again. Absolutely shocking service.

Shipping options
Everything with my orders is fine, only problem is the expensive shipping costs to Bulgaria via DHL, if you find another option for cheaper it would be perfect. Thank you for your good work and all the best

Horrible delivery and customer service
Site falsely promises 1-3 days delivery time, while I waited 2 weeks for my order. You pay for shipping by DHL, which hand over the parcel to local post service. Bike-discount customer service is not interested in filing a complaint to DHL, nor reimbursing you for the service they sold you, but didn't deliver based on terms you agreed to when making an order.

Delivery took longer than expected, that could be improved. Ideally with faster shipping options or at least clearer timelines. Otherwise, the products are exactly as they should be and at great prices. Will recommend.

DHL messed up the delivery but sadly i received very poor feedback from customer service. I still do not have my material and do not know where it is at the moment.

-Support is generally pretty slow
-The bike box was beaten to hell; there could have been more support in the box to minimize this time of damage; thankfully, the bike was mostly undamaged.
