Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

Some products were out of stock and I was not informed about that. Only after 5 working days I receive an email and after two days one more product from my order list was out of stock. I receive a refund for the products which were out of stock. The package was sent but I was not asked do I still want it. If I had known that not all products were available, I would have searched elsewhere.

Missing package

My package was delivered. Unfortunately my neighbour stole it. I contacted the delivery company, my neighbour, the police and your customer service. The webshop answered they cant send a new package for free, understandable. I asked if we can split the cost 50/50. The answer was "no". Thats how you loose a loyal customer who spent tens of thousands of euros over the past 7 years. Bye

In this case, you waive all claims if there were any problems with the delivery as a result. Super slow delivery

When I ordered stated that delivery time was 1-3 business days. It took over 10 business days. Was meant to pick up the order whilst on holidays. Very little information on the status of the order or when it was being sent. Ultimately had to spend 200 euros of my own money and take a day off work to buy a plane ticket to go pick up the order since they would not forward it.

Scam! Bought a groupset and received an empty box. Customer service is an absolute joke to deal with and not helpful at all. Update: Received refund, but only after threatening to take the issue to credit card company. Didn't even receive apology. Wouldn't call it exactly amicable, but they have to try to make themselves look good. Can't recommend bike-discount.de to anyone

Really poor service. Delayed dispatch, no indication of lengthy lead time at the point of ordering. Outsourced delivery company were extremely poor. I spent hours on the phone and days chasing the delivery. Eventually sent to a city 200 miles away in spite of a clear postcode and address on my invoice. Had to undertake a 400-mile round trip on a Friday night as a result.

Had problems with delivery. Bike-Discount somehow managed not to deliver my phone number (which I correctly typer to my order…). Contacted Bike-Discount, which solved the problem by sending me only a phone number (which cost to call…) to solve my own problems. The guy at the Bike-Discount customer service was kind of rude. Not going to order anything from here probably.

Missing parts of E-bike

Hello, I received order 05092302408 on September 29th, which is a Cube reaction hybrid race 750 e-bike and after charging the battery, when I try to ride it, it turns off. It was then that I noticed that the speed sensor magnet was missing. I've looked thoroughly in the shipping box and haven't found it. I ask that you send me the part as soon as possible. Thanks

I have ordered and paid via PayPal my package and without any explanation my order was cancelled and refunded. Immediately I contacted customer support and asked for explanation. After a long wait i got poor response that your colleague just cancelled my package. The support was awful and i have to say that I expected better from a company like yours.

Dismal Shipping experience

Shipping has been dismal. I opted for DHL and paid extra to ensure on time delivery. My package from Germany to Portugal has been in transit for 20 days and is still not delivered. My enquiries with Bike Discount are responded many days after my queries, and are often vague. I doubt I will buy from BD again or recommend them as a reputable site.

Failed to deliver the purchased items on the pretext that the address was not correct. I have ordered hundreds of items from other vendors and have never had any problems. Moreover, bike-discount.de charged the whole shipping charges and only returned the original amount. Extremely dissapointed with their approach to customers.

Better stock management systems and processes…. I placed an order, it was accepted as the product was reflecting as available, a week later the order was cancelled due to the product not being available. My funds were transferred back to me. There was not enough time to order from another supplier as my trip to Europe was over.

complicated delivery

problem with transport. it was not delivered to DHL as stated, but it was sold to Czech Post. Czech Post is the worst delivery company. The price of transport was too high for the quality of this service. please do not entrust all parcels to the Czech post office! deliver by courier to the client like other German e-shops.

Please note: When shipping with "DHL Paket", DHL hands over the shipment to the national carrier at the border. We are working on offering transport with "DHL Express" in the future. However, this is a different shipping method. With this shipping method, the parcel is transported to the customer by "DHL Express". This is not the case with "DHL Paket", as described above. VAT invoice missing

Bike itself was delivered on time in good condition. The problem is that I wanted to receive VAT invoice. I entered my European VAT number but the receipt I received doesn't include it. Even the customer support confirmed that they see the VAT number but refused to send VAT invoice. That costs me circa 2000 EUR!

Costly returns

I order some clothing, but it was too big for me, so I wanted to return it. However, the shipping costs for the return need to be born by me. The cost is about 30€, so it'll be way cheaper to go to a tailor and try to fix the garment. It's the first time I need to pay to return goods bought online

Problems getting packets to Finland with proper packet information. My house has a pin code which is not delivered and also phone number missi g. Customer service not good either. Last time I cancelled few wrong items, but they sent them anyway and I cannot return them without paying.

Improve your return policy. Return label should be included as most shops offer. Horrible that I should pay for my own return! Pay as much for a return shipping as the item cost, so there was no point of returning. So money down the drain. Wont return as a customer unfortunately.

Once I ordered here Fox 36 Performance fork. But I recieved Fox 36 Rhythm fork that is worse than I ordered. Bike-Discount refused to refund the difference in price. And we did find no solution for now. I think Bike-Discount is not very good shop. They don't look what they send
