Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

2 stars because DHL doesn't brings the package to the client, They hands it over to the local post and it wastes too much time. In addition, the cost of DHL is too high so that they do not carry out the complete service. I haven't received the package yet.

We are sorry that the delivery obviously took a little longer. Probably this also has to do with the necessary customs clearance for delivery to your country. No delivery yet even after 3 weeks. Almost 21 days now and package still not delivered. Shipping services could be improved and tracked for customer to know the status. DHL site doesn’t say anything expect “ready for air freight” for last 2 weeks.

Order never arrived.

Ordered a €+1k item. It never reached me and was returned or recalled to the sender. They said they could not resend it although they had it back. I’m not sure it actually existed and suspect a scam. Fortunately Amazon Pay gave me my money back.

The item i ordered showed signs of previous use. I was offered a credit of €10, which didn’t even cover the postage cost. In my view the credit didn’t make up for the fact I received a used part. In future i will look elsewhere for my items.

The KCNC 9-52T cassette was flimsy. I bent the 52cog on my first pedal stroke on my first climb. Looking closer at it, the aluminum supports were so thin. It was really a bad product and it reflects poorly that they would try to sell it.

Logistics was poor. Finnish Posti changed the delivery Location and basically didn’t inform at all about that. That is the reason why I was not able to collect My order on time, and now it is on way back to Germany. Not happy at all.

Poor Customer service

Parcel was delivered with items missing, I have been chasing for weeks to get the missing part sent. Keep getting told they have raised it with the courier. Had the same with another supplier and got a credit note inside 24 hours.

Bike Discount is cheaper, and generally very good. Right up until returns need to be made...even for products that were never ordered...the return postage kills the price advantages, and the company agants are cursory and rude

Ordered 2 headsets for my bikes. But after installing them i noticed there is a manufacturing problem, leaving a gap between the bearing race and top cap. I have contacted bike-discount but they have been anything but helpful.

long delivery, bad service, wrong order

Very long delivery. 2 weeks!!! It is crazy. And i order bike case, but reciewed constructor kit that takes 2 hours to assemble and requires special tools. Not the best thing to do 5 hours before a flight
