Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem. First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop. Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

Great price and great service! I received the bike with a blow in the rear wheel. This happened during transport. Bike discount immediately sent a new rear wheel and offered to pay for the bike repair. Great service!

Bike Discount

I use Bike Discount above all others as the service is second to none and very fast delivery. Prices are much better than other retailers. I have never had an issue with them, I even mistakenly returned an item and they sent it back free of charge although it was my fault. Every bike shop youll ever need.
