Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
I'm a long-time customer here, and ordered parts needed for a 2 month bike holiday. The parcel company lost the parcel and sent me a confirmation mail that they have for sure lost the parcel. I've contacted bike-discount 4 times now and they refuse to answer. I've made it clear that I need this parcel urgently (have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now). The only answer I get is: "we will come back to you via mail". Via mail they sent a standard message that the parcel company has not yet contacted them...
Any other online shop I know would already have resent the package. Customer satisfaction is not very important. This will have been my last purchase here
Delivery took too long to Madeira Island, 3 weeks. We pay extra for Madeira (20€ for shipping) and yet it takes to long.

I paid 15 EUR for delivery with DHL and the shipment came in 7 days. No communication channels with your site and DHL. The local provider of courier services in BG told me that my phone was missing in the label but that was not true. Awful customer experience!
If you are not in the hurry, this is one of the best bike shops. If you are ordering a bike to be shipped abroad, prepare for one moth waiting, even if the bike is in the stock, when ordering. Two latest orders of bikes, it has been quite precise one moth total delivery time. First two weeks for packing and then two weeks for delivery with DHL.

sehr schlecht
Mit einem so teuren Fahrrad wird so nachlässig umgegangen. Kommunikation ist eine große Null. Ich könnte mehr ausführen. Ich empfehle es niemandem und rate allen, die ich kann, davon ab, bei ihnen zu kaufen. Es war eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Beim Kauf sprangen die 1.119 Euro völlig ungerechtfertigt auf rund 1.190. Sehr schlechter Laden. Man hätte eine Ausbesserungsfarbe als Geschenk anbieten können, aber leider musste ich sie kaufen. Sie haben mir mit einer Rückerstattung von 60 Euro das Auge ausgestochen.

Store insisted on not delivering what I had ordered (and already paid for). After taking payment, they then demanded I take items out of my order. When I explained that I needed all items, they cancelled the order.

The service is good leaving the country but unfortunately item is in UK customs and cannot comment on product or what the amendment has been made to comment on service.

Missing parts of E-bike
Hello, I received order 05092302408 on September 29th, which is a Cube reaction hybrid race 750 e-bike and after charging the battery, when I try to ride it, it turns off. It was then that I noticed that the speed sensor magnet was missing. I've looked thoroughly in the shipping box and haven't found it. I ask that you send me the part as soon as possible. Thanks

It usually works, but...
It usually works fine, but when it doesn´t work the support and help has to work. Otherwise customers go somewhere else. In this case the package is doing ping-pong in Germany for the past week and a half and doesn´t seem to find it´s way to the right place. Since DHL doesn´t care about their packages (obviously) doing races between two german cities you have too. You are very slow to answer e-mails and that doesn´t inspire confidence in Bike Discount as a company. If you have to much backlog, either see what´s wrong with that or hire more people. Customers need information when it doesn´t go to plan, silence means you don´t care, it´s that simple. I´m now leaning on cancelling the order completley and request my money back, but will see, I´ll give you a few more days.

Failed to deliver the purchased items on the pretext that the address was not correct. I have ordered hundreds of items from other vendors and have never had any problems. Moreover, bike-discount.de charged the whole shipping charges and only returned the original amount. Extremely dissapointed with their approach to customers.
