Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem. First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop. Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

they sent a used bike trainer

i ordered a new Dare2Ride FUEGO 1.0 Smart Trainer, what showed up was a very used second hand trainer they have now said they will make thing's right.

VAT invoice missing

Bike itself was delivered on time in good condition. The problem is that I wanted to receive VAT invoice. I entered my European VAT number but the receipt I received doesn't include it. Even the customer support confirmed that they see the VAT number but refused to send VAT invoice. That costs me circa 2000 EUR!

Please note that the invoice cannot be changed retrospectively. In order for the VAT number to be taken into account, it must already be entered when the order is placed. No delivery date

I dont think this is link to the website itself, but more with the delivery company. Yet i've ordered a bike and i am still waiting for information on a possible delivery date almost 1 month after ordering.

DHL Delivery Mistake

I ve got the order in a short time and without any trouble. But DHL did not arrange any delivery date and just put it in front of my apartment without inform me. They got no confirmation from my side. This sth you should check with them and improve your online shopping. Thanks

Prices are hard to find out, one price shown on the goods but when you check out the prices are corrected to higher prices, that is very annoying. When asking support about why that is, no response at all, not good customer support. Besides that ok.

Add possibility to international courier.

Only thing I’d like to be different, is the selection of couriers. When shipping outside Germany both DHL (Deutsche post ) and DPD hands the package over to the local post service - from experience this causes several days of delay and uncertainty. It would be better if you could add international courriers like GLS with them it is easier to track and have packages delivered to a service point.

No delivery yet even after 3 weeks. Almost 21 days now and package still not delivered. Shipping services could be improved and tracked for customer to know the status. DHL site doesn’t say anything expect “ready for air freight” for last 2 weeks.
