I have used Bike-discount a few times.. at first I wasn't sure if it was a scam because they were a lot cheaper but the delivery to UK is always really fast with great comms.. I have never had any issues and now happily recommend to friends.. the only issue for some might be the 150Euro minimum spend.. for me it just means I buy more..

Ordered a saddle with carbon rails and received another model with manganese rails; after 3 weeks that item appears as out of stock even though they stated that after I will send back the wrong saddle they will replace it. If they won't solve this in a reasonable way I will file a ECCNET complaint and never order again from them.

Levertijd naar Nederland van meer dan twee weken verkorten. Gelukkig heb ik zelf veel technische kennis om de schijfrem en derailleur te kunnen afstellen. Dit kan niet iedereen.

We would like to explain that when shipping by DHL, the shipment is usually handed over by DHL to a partner logistics company of the respective country. This does not correspond to the shipment via DHL Express, where DHL delivers the shipment to the customer. Shipping by DHL Express is significantly more expensive and we currently do not offer it. Shop itself is good and product variety is good. Pricing is affordable. Biggest minus is delivery cost to Finland, which is 50 % more than in other german bike webshops. Other minus side is slowish delivery again compared to other german-based bike webshops.

I have not received my order yet as it is still at the Royal Mail depot in Edinburgh. I've phoned the depot twice in order to pay the customs charges, but have been told that it has not been processed. It has been with them since 27.3.23, over 2 weeks. I'm currently waiting for them to get back to me.

The bike Cube Reaction C:62 Race bluehaze´n´black left Bike-Discount for transport after 7 business days and arrived in Finland 8 business days after that. The bike has an excellent price-quality ratio and is comfortably light (about 10.5 kg L size). The disappointment is that the rear tire was empty upon arrival and deflated quickly even after pumping it up few times, so the first job was to replace the inner tire. There were numerous marks on the edge of the rear rim, apparently the outer tire had been twisted into place with a metal tire iron(?) so that the paint had come off and there were several sharp marks on the edge with the aluminum visible. The customer service responded quickly to my inquiry about delivery times before delivery.

No express shipping option available to my country (India) like other websites ( Wiggle etc, who provides express shipping with 7 days delivery option by charging just $5 extra). From BD order delivery takes 40+ days.
