Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Bike arrived 😁 and it was exactly what I ordered and it needed very little work to be able to ride it.
However it was 24 days after the initial order and payment. Little information from DHL and bike was delivered a day earlier than estimated delivery date. Fortunately someone was at home to receive the delivery.

bike24.com changes the prices after selecting Finland as a delivery destination. The bike parts are really detailed and the buying takes a long time. The prices should be set before selecting the items to buy. I'm assuming bike24.de and bike24.com are the same shop. There were no problems in bikediscount.com .

Good prices, Fast delivery
I step upon the Bike inn and i found very good prices.
I needed a side bag for my Bike and after i chosen one i saw other sites and Bike inn had the best price. I didn't knew the site but i tried it. I got my order very fast and the item was everything the Bike Inn announced.
Very pleased with the service.

To improve: Other competitors provide free shipping for order over 200Euro or just ask for a mere 2Euro contribution. As well as for small order the shipping costs are lower than yours.
This last order was over 300 Euro and I had to pay on top 15 Euro of shipping costs... Honestly, I didn't like it.

A perfect company for beginners and pro in cycle
Item are all the time in stock and price is better from professional store only, the only upgrade you can do is packaging, my 2 recent order was damaged because use box too big and item was not enough packed so box arrived destroyed..
But I am really satisfied to order in our shop, thanks so much !

Everything is clear on the website. Really like this website. Only recommendation from me is that when you make en international order (eg. outside Germany) there is no good estimation for when it will arrive. I also think it’s not easy to do, but already a range of a couple a days would be handy.

Fast delivery but they need to get better at packing stuff the right way.
they do offer a lot of products at a great price point, they were fast in shiping my order but the way they packed my rigid Schwable bicycle tyre was not the best it arrived almost bent in two! thats not good for this type of tyre .
I hope that in future orders things like this dont hapen again...

Everything was great but the package came torn apart
Everything was great, except the package came all torn apart, and glued with scotch tape :) and wasnt really a pretty sight :) Thank God, everything was connected to chain with plastic leash so nothing was missing like keys. Maybe it would be better to send it in a plastic bag then in paper box.

It's a great shop. Has its flaws in customer service area though...
It's a great shop when it comes to the variety of goods, choice of parts/brands etc. However, the customer service sometimes lacks responsiveness. Some rather simple inquires take quite a long time to be answered. Their response time is slightly better when the communication is in German.

A lot of products in stock for decent prices. Only thing is that I could not return an order ( a bike saddle) because I installed it and did not like it. Customer service told me I could not return it because it was used, although the product did not have any indication of use.

Bosch e-Bike tools give a headache
I bought a tool for my Bosch e-Bike engine that did not fit although the description said it would. I got it refunded without having to srnd back the wrong tool, but unfortunately I still can't find anyone who knows the right tool. Even my bike manufacturer doesn't know!

Quality of products is great. Minus one star for poor communication. If you order bike, expect to stay in silence with no explanation about the delivery times. Second identical ordered bike came two times faster and no one explained why :) yet, will buy here again.

Good price, and fast (enough) shipping
I buy all off my MTB equipment here, wide choice and best price. If you can wait an average of 5 shipping days (Germany to the Netherlands).
The only downside is that they still charge shipping costs even if you order above a certain amount (let's say 100 euros).

Jullie hebben ontzettend veel en de prijzen zijn keurig. Ik ben erg tevreden. Wat kan beter. DHL keuze levering is minder goed. Duitse post is sneller en geeft beter aan wanneer het gelever wordt. De keuze voor levering via DHL kan wat mij betreft vervallen

The process of buying and shipping was pretty simple and fast. But i have a two remarks about one bike. The one wheel spoke was bent and the grips should be blue in this model, but I’ve received black one. The parcel was well protect and not damaged.

Fast ekspedition. I think the item (rear wheel Mavic) shoul have been better protected. On the fotos you Can see the wheel hub has gone through the cardboard which resulted in some scratches on both ends of hub. No influence on the function. Butttt 😔

Quality and prices of the products is very good. For some reason the final prices at the checkout were slightly higher than what they were listed. Delivery was fine, but the tracking information did not update (obviously, this isn’t BD’s fault).

I like great choice of articles.
I dont like;
Biking clothes is too expensive.
Shipping to countries outside of germany is too expensive.
Articles often dissapear from shop and sometimes waiting is too long to article become available again.
