I have used Bike-discount a few times.. at first I wasn't sure if it was a scam because they were a lot cheaper but the delivery to UK is always really fast with great comms.. I have never had any issues and now happily recommend to friends.. the only issue for some might be the 150Euro minimum spend.. for me it just means I buy more..
Ordered a saddle with carbon rails and received another model with manganese rails; after 3 weeks that item appears as out of stock even though they stated that after I will send back the wrong saddle they will replace it. If they won't solve this in a reasonable way I will file a ECCNET complaint and never order again from them.
Still I do not have my order. According DHL it's somewhere. The shop did not actually track what they've been shipped. When contact the customer support they've replied after four days and then another four days no info or solution. And still I do not have my order. This is my current experience. The overall impression is that the customer support is poor and slow. Products and prices are good but when you are in trouble, well you are in trouble :)

Problems start only if you need to return something. I ordered a defective item and needed to return it. First of all, you need to cover the costs of shipping in my case it was 30 EUR. The item itself costs 60 EUR. Then they did not contact me just send me back the same item which is still not usable. It is not possible to contact customer service. They are not responding to emails.
