Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem. First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop. Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

No parts, no money back, no communication

I have ordered some very specific parts, e.g. a headset for Radon Swoop. I have never received it. Bike Discount has sent the package through DHL, which has contracted another carrier. I have never received the package, even if it appears as delivered. I have notified the situation to Bike Discount. First, they said they have to sort it with DHL, a process which would take 5 days. 5 days have long been done, I have spoken with Bike Discount on the phone, asking them nicely to either deliver a new package, or refund until this sorts out. I did not receive any answer. I was continuosly told to wait. I cannot use my bike. I contacted DHL, in order to report the situation my self, I was told it is not their business and that I had to cotact the contractor. I tried for a few hours to contact Cargus, the subcontractor, the line is always busy. I am currently on the phone with Bike DIscount, I called them for one hour, they are not answering. This is the first time it happens. Was I blacklisted? In conclusion: no parts, to answers, no refund. I even wrote Bike Discount an e-mail saying I really don t want to write such a review, but still no answer.

Improve to show accurate data about products you sell, after even mentioning the issue about wrongly data 3 years ago..we can still find( the same product wich i bought back then)issue! After 12 days of my payment of my purchase..i still didn't recieve anything..no update of what's happing or an aproximatly data/time of delivering. Aswel unless you've been one of the cheapest and fastest bike shop...became one of the more expensive and late and non communicative towards us the clients! After 2021 i didn't order anymore at bike-discount for those reasons, i bought in those years for around 1800 eur at other shops! No this is no good, after received my bike wich a bought 12 days ago i never again will buy anything again at bike discount ever! Bike discount isn't French or dutch its German, what happende with Gründlich? What happend at bike-discount in those years i was client it only became worse in general! Wake up call, iff you want me back to buy stuff at bike discount. BE THE DISCOUNT!

Good company but could be better with communication

This is a good company and I have used them several times and I will use them again. However for this order I received no confirmation email after purchase so after a few days I had to contact Customer service to make sure my order was confirmed. Although I got a relatively quick response I still don't know why I didn't receive a confirmation email (as is stated on their website). I also ordered a few items, including a wheelset and my order was split into two for delivery. Despite this I only received one tracking link and it was not communicated to me that I would receive two different deliveries. So when package one arrived after a week I again had to contact Customer Service to find out where the rest of my order was and why it wasn't included. After several emails I finally got the tracking for the 2nd package. This package took over 2 weeks to arrive which is slow, even between Germany and Ireland.

Horrible delivery and customer service

Site falsely promises 1-3 days delivery time, while I waited 2 weeks for my order. You pay for shipping by DHL, which hand over the parcel to local post service. Bike-discount customer service is not interested in filing a complaint to DHL, nor reimbursing you for the service they sold you, but didn't deliver based on terms you agreed to when making an order.

Support Center employees & return policy

Support Center employees are not very willing to help, not very polite and they don’t speak good English. Furthermore, the company’s policy that doesn’t allow exchange of products if something is ordered in the wrong dimension and you want to give it back and get the right one, for example, is unacceptable.

The labeled delivery time was 18-22 days, today Is 22th day, and the order is still no package, this means that it will be delivered to Bulgaria with minimum 5 days delay. I made another order after this one and it already travels. I wrote to support with 3 days ago and still not answer.

I ordered a mavic 30 wheelset with XDR body, confirmed as welk, I received the 30 euro cheaper wheelset with HG, after complaining they send a XDR body for DT swiss that doesn't fit. They dont have any knowledge and a lot of misinformation on their site.

Actually, the prices should already be adjusted if you have selected the correct country of delivery. Ideally, you should log in to your customer account before making a purchase. Sometimes it also helps to refresh your browser. In any case, the prices displayed in the checkout are correct.

It's unacceptable for the address to have the wrong postcode and for it not to be detected immediately before being sent to the courier, not to mention two weeks from Germany to Portugal 😞
