Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
I'm a long-time customer here, and ordered parts needed for a 2 month bike holiday. The parcel company lost the parcel and sent me a confirmation mail that they have for sure lost the parcel. I've contacted bike-discount 4 times now and they refuse to answer. I've made it clear that I need this parcel urgently (have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now). The only answer I get is: "we will come back to you via mail". Via mail they sent a standard message that the parcel company has not yet contacted them...
Any other online shop I know would already have resent the package. Customer satisfaction is not very important. This will have been my last purchase here
It's been so long since I ordered my shoes, that I can't remember what they're gonna look like.

The service, prices and offer are awesome. Customer service is also great. This time I'm not giving 5 stars because of a return I had to pay for a wrong shoe number.
It is true that it was my mistake. It also true that they do accept the return and refund without issues.
The only thing I got mad at was the information about a free return if the item is more than 50€ which was the case. Well, it's not exactly like that!
Why? Because they rely on a asterisk that says that it is free only for bunch of countries around Germany.
Even if your order is above 4k they made me pay for the return, even after my new order for the right shoe number was also already paid.
Bottom line is that, it's never a good practice relying on asterisks. The UX will for sure jot be good and you can loose a customer on that.
So please put all the information clearly visible.
Apart from this issue I love this store and I will continue to be their customer.

The price is unrivalled even when you add duty. What would improve the service would be the addition of duty at the shopping basket and therefore reduce price even further by not paying a handling charge at HMRC customs - other companies do this with great success

Item was faulty, but customer service helpful
The item I've received was faulty, but they've reimbursed me for both the item, original shipping and return shipping.
Sad that the item wasn't okay, but they've been responsive and approachable, and have covered all my expenses.
I've had some trouble communicating with the company's representative in English, but we've managed to reach an understanding.

Would give you excellet if you would: 1. reply to my benchmarked email with lower price of your competitor in the past as there was better price offered but no counter offer or at least answer from BD.
2. BD could offer also some additional discount to regular costumers this is why I have also purchased elswhere sometimes. Best Regards

Bike finally arrived
Bike arrived 😁 and it was exactly what I ordered and it needed very little work to be able to ride it.
However it was 24 days after the initial order and payment. Little information from DHL and bike was delivered a day earlier than estimated delivery date. Fortunately someone was at home to receive the delivery.
