I was shopping at bike-discount for the first time and I liked the quick answers to my questions and the support seems to be very good overall. The delivery time was relatively quick despite difficulties caused by the flooding. The information about the order status and the tracking information was also helpful. I also think the prices are competitive and the selection of goods is huge, but well categorized and everything is easy to find. Overall, I would recommend the shop to anyone. Regarding improvements, I would only suggest to send an information about possible delay in delivery in advance without waiting for customers to ask if their order is going to be sent in time. But I also understand that it is not always possible to inform everyone about unexpected delays in advance.

There was a delay delivering the bike, which is OK. The bike arrived with the packaging very severely damaged and as such the bike was also damaged. They offered me 200 euro's compensation which is OK, but it was the rude way in which their staff spoke to me on email that wasn't OK. As if i had done something wrong or as if they found me an annoyance, as if they were bargaining and negotiating and playing games with me, when i was the customer and they should have been as polite and helpful as they could be. Their attitudes stank! Appalling customer service.

I bought a pair of wheels on the 24th of June. as the photo shows, they sent me two rear wheels instead of a front and a rear wheel. I complained and returned one of the wheels. They sent me a back wheel again! I paid out of my pocket to return the wheels to bike-discount. I only received the value of the first shipment, after having already sent the second wheel to Germany and even then, only after much insistence. In short, the problem was only resolved on the 2nd of August, I was out of the country on vacation. The time between the wheel arriving at bike-discount and the re-sending of the correct wheel was very slow, despite the fact that I called to ask for it to be faster. I was treated very badly, even though the mistakes and mistakes were made by bike-discount. Buy here, never again

Reply to messages when asked about the order. I tried to place an order and all you were concerned about was why my address is one country, bank account in another and shipping to another address non of which is your business the. You sent me a message saying that you couldn’t source any of the items I wanted to purchased which was an order over €1000. When I asked about the order you didn’t reply and when I asked why you needed my personal information you didn’t reply either all you did was send me an automatic message saying you couldn’t fill the order. So why do you even care about feed back when you can’t be assed to reply to your customers 🤷‍♂️

Very inflexible regarding correcting invoices. As a first buy, the system doesn't allow you to enter you VAT number (it should, you most open an account go to the submenu, so the process is not intuitive at all) , as I finished the order and realized this, I immediately requested it by email but instead of issuing a credit for that invoice and emiting a new correct invoice, their protocol is to ship back the item and reorder it again, very non effcient and non echo friendly .......

I've ordered a helmet for EUR 345,-. They delivered different item, used, damaged, and dirty - with saliva on it. To return a package I had to spend my time and money delivering the package back, so I just lost $40 by ordering from them. Never again. 
And they deactivated my account :-D

Yes we accidentally delivered a helmet to the customer that has already been returned, we apologize for this. We are reviewing our quality management again at this point. We sent him shipping papers so he had no cost for the return. He has been refunded his full amount. He complains about the fact that he has no mail in the place and because of that he would have lost time. He was blocked because of his communication style and disrespectful choice of words towards our employees. We want to protect our employees from this kind of communication.

Mi hanno spedito la gomma sbagliata e quando li ho contattati mi han detto che anche se è un errore loro dovevo spedirgliela indietro a spese mie e che mi avrebbero rimborsato, quando mi son lamentato sono spariti e non mi hanno più risposto neanche alla mail. Non acquisterò mai più su questo sito, serietà pari a zero.

Abbiamo consegnato il pneumatico corretto. Il cliente ha commesso un errore. Volevamo ritirare il pneumatico per il credito. Il cliente si è lamentato dei costi di restituzione, che sono chiaramente dichiarati.

I have asked several times about the box quantity. It took me a week to get a proper response. And, you were indifferent to the request for documents related to the FTA. If you cooperated, 5% duty was saved. Was is cumbersome and difficult? Very very very very disapointed.

Order 06072201320 shipped 6 July 22, still in transit in Sofia Bulgaria, they just replied that they will investigate the issue (!)... Its almost a month now, with no news or responses from them. The difinition of bad service and communication...

Overall ok but no respond when lack of some stuff and multiple order. I was waiting over week than sent message to support why the order is still in process. Bike24.de is much better and shipment cost is twice cheeper. Sorry guys.
