Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem. First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop. Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

Very little comunication, very disapointed

Very little comunication what is happening and when to expect what, gave invalid DHL code and did not bothered to check, support did not answered by form at all, sent reply to some email onlynthen got response. Still do not have my bike and no idea when it will be delivered. Now to you 'trusted shops' is your only purpose to get money and send feedback form? Where is audit function and process validation?

Dear customer, thank you for your feedback. Due to the current high volume of orders in our shop, it will take a little longer to process and deliver your bike. All bikes ordered have to be fully assembled, checked and packed by our mechanics before they are sent to our customers to ensure a high quality standard on delivery. We have to maintain this time-consuming and labour-intensive quality standard to ensure that our bikes are in perfect condition when they are delivered to our customers. changing prices at the time of the order

You should change the tactic you have of raising the prices at the time of the order and while they still appear lower on your website. As soon as we go to the payment, add 2-3 euros depending on the order. In fact, excuse yourself by lying that it has to do with the country's VAT, something that is not true. You raise the price at the last minute. I have also crossed this with the person who introduced me to your website. The man had ordered 10 things and finally when he got to the cash register they came out almost 30 euros more expensive than he had calculated. Your prices are not what they appear to be. You change them at the time of sale without changing them from the website. This is fraud.

Dear customer,Thank you for your feedback.The prices of the items are taxed at the destination country, as required by law. So the prices adjust themselves. Actually, the prices should already adjust themselves if you have selected the correct delivery country. Ideally, you should log in to your customer account before shopping. Sometimes it also helps to refresh the browser. In any case, the prices displayed during the checkout process are correct. I hope I was able to help you.

I struggle to rate Bike discount service / tools. I have ordered a tool for my bike but the parcel arrived empty with a hole to the box on the bottom. now I do believe that Bike discount sent the tool but i can´t rate it. Both myself and Bike Discount have filed a dispute to post.at and DHL; I have not heard back yet and its been 3weeks from today (1st Oct 2024).

Bike discount che vende in tutto il mondo dovrebbe comunicare con i clienti nella lingua di provenienza del cliente non solo i n inglese. Un'altra cosa se il corriere sbaglia contattare il cliente e chiedere come poter risolvere ( io non ho ricevuto il pacco e il corriere ha dichiarato che io non ho voluto il prodotto)

They cancelled an order and gave me three separate explanations for doing so when I queried their breach of contract. I do not know the true reason but suspect they had made a pricing error and therefore refused to sell the items to me despite having accepted the contract. Very shabby practice in my view.

Ordered 29.9. 2024 also paid. Today is 20.10. 2024 and I still don't have a bike. After several emails to DHL transport, he finally moved from Vienna. For now, I expect that it will be delivered to me on 22.10.. Everyone has a share in the incredibly long delivery.

I bought bike computer Garmin Edge 1050. The price at checkout was higher than in the offer. Sent message to support but nobody even reacted. I bought with higher price but that was not fair at all. Apart from this all perfect. Fast shipment, no problems.
