Good service and pleased with how efficient ordering and delivery was. Sadly, due to Brexit, once it hits the UK shores you get VAT added, import duty (which seems to be more like 3.5% rather than the 2.5% advertised on GOV.UK) and ParcelForce's 'handling fee' of £12. None of this is Bike-Discount's fault. Yet, I think they could do more on their website as 'Tax-free, excluding 14.99 € freight charges' is in really small print. The tech is there to make this clearer. And it's not a 'national sales tax' but VAT which is more understandable for GB customers. That said, still a good price vs GB stockists, in stock (not to be underestimated!) and easy to order, good updates and the delivery time as expected. Thank you.

There was a delay delivering the bike, which is OK. The bike arrived with the packaging very severely damaged and as such the bike was also damaged. They offered me 200 euro's compensation which is OK, but it was the rude way in which their staff spoke to me on email that wasn't OK. As if i had done something wrong or as if they found me an annoyance, as if they were bargaining and negotiating and playing games with me, when i was the customer and they should have been as polite and helpful as they could be. Their attitudes stank! Appalling customer service.

We are sorry that shipments to Kazakhstan may take a little longer at the moment. As our colleague already told you by mail, we ask you for a little patience. At the moment the shipment is obviously at customs. If in a few days there is no change in the parcel history, we will initiate an investigation with DHL and help you further. We ask for your understanding that we will not send another package now, as this will lead to the same result. Here only some patience helps in these times and shipments to certain regions.

The customer wanted to return something because something was not right. We offered him a free parcel stamp. He misunderstood and now believed he had to pay for the return. We then pointed out to him again that this return is free of charge for him. Thank you for your review !

Good: Communication with them was very very good, both written and by telephone. They offered a discount even after I have bought the item. Seems they have the best prices. Quick refunds. Bad (better said not good/perfect): Returning policy as described on site is somehow hard to understand, especially if you're from outside EU or from a third world EU country (Romania in my case). Better call them directly before returning an item. I have the feeling that I should have not paid for the return (like some countries do not) but overall it was not a big deal and I rather had my money back than bother with a small transport fee.

Right products, good quality, fast service as always! The only complaint is regarding the DHL delivery, they did: - inform about the delivery on the same day (it was supposed to take place later on) - destroy the packet totally and actually damaged also the products inside - left the package outside the building and left quickly before I was able to complain

Bike-discount had the parts I needed and they delivered in a speedy time frame. My only criticism is given to their payment methods, a little confusing and not so user friendly for first time users. I have an amazon pay account, which I have used for several years, but Bike-discount do not list my country as part of its payment service?

The site has pretty competitive prices and a wide range of products. Reliable, and shipping and delivery is quite fast, usually within 2/3 days the order gets delivered. Two things keeping me from giving the 5 stars: there is not free shipping, and it seems they don't ever have discount codes.

Lots of items on stock, often has the bike spareparts I'm looking for and good prices - love it! I know its not really fair but I've deducted 1 star for somtimes slow delivery times (think it was during corona) but nobody is perfect :D
