I have used Bike-discount a few times.. at first I wasn't sure if it was a scam because they were a lot cheaper but the delivery to UK is always really fast with great comms.. I have never had any issues and now happily recommend to friends.. the only issue for some might be the 150Euro minimum spend.. for me it just means I buy more..

Ordered a saddle with carbon rails and received another model with manganese rails; after 3 weeks that item appears as out of stock even though they stated that after I will send back the wrong saddle they will replace it. If they won't solve this in a reasonable way I will file a ECCNET complaint and never order again from them.

It took much longer than expected in terms of delivery notification and delivery period. Order was made and dispatched on Jan 4, 2023. However, just got a posted letter on 19 Jan to make local VAT payment. Payment was made this morning, Jan 20. and do expect the delivery in next 3 days. Moreover, there is surcharge fee of S$10.80 for handling fee. Though it was stated that DHL as the courier agent, it ends to Singapore Post and final delivery. Appreciate if you can send by FedEx in future. As an example, an order was placed with Europe company on Jan 10, the parcel was delivered to me on Jan 14. Moreover, the shipping rate is 1/2 of yours. rgds

Products are are packed and shipped quickly and prices are very competitive. Customer service is at times a bit unflexible and even rude and shipping chain to Finland is a bit flimsy with the end delivery. Different delivery companies don't pass each other all the needed delivery info and sometimes getting the package from the terminal 2 km away takes weeks. I strongly advice against using DPD delivery option if you live in Finland since they use Postnord to handle the delivery. Postnord is by far the least customer friendly company I have had to deal with.

Problems start only if you need to return something. I ordered a defective item and needed to return it. First of all, you need to cover the costs of shipping in my case it was 30 EUR. The item itself costs 60 EUR. Then they did not contact me just send me back the same item which is still not usable. It is not possible to contact customer service. They are not responding to emails.

Sometimes very good prices, but also many times killed by the huge amount of shipping price and delivery times almost one week (sometimes more) to Portugal. One of the items I received was clearly on an opened packaging, but it was on good condition (SKS airspy AV). If not for the shipping price I would certainly buy more from this seller.

No real possibility to return items for free. It says that you may return your purchase for free if the value is above 50€. Purchased item was too small even the size was selected correctly according to description
