Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem. First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop. Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

We transparently inform you about the assumption of return shipping costs in several places in our webshop. Overall a good experience

Great prices on quality bikes. Delivery time as promissed. Appropriate packaging - Bike arrived in perfect condition Before I made the purchase, I made a request to customer service about a question regarding an accessorie to the bike. Until now I didn't receive any feedback to this request, so I chose to order the bike without this accessorie.

Delivery

Website, wide selection of stock, customer service excellent. Delivery to UAE poor. Previously with bikediscount international delivery was by DHL to my door, now its DHL to the country and then package gets stuck in the local UAE postal system with additional charges, delays and fees. BikeInn (compeditors) ship DHL to my doorstep in the UAE.

I like the prompt delivery, but I have to spend a week until I manage to get in line the bike components that have not been properly leveled and fixed. I have to visit couple of times bike workshops and spend additional money.
