Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
I like the attention to detail that bike-components.de have on their site. I'm rarely in doubt about what components I am buying and the specifications given are all verified and accurate. This is super important when building or upgrading due to the many sizes and standards out there.
On this particular occasion I got a great deal on some Shimano XT brakes which I had been planning to buy for a while. This coupled with the free shipping offer for Orange Week was fantastic.
My only negative with this company is the time between ordering and shipping. It does seem to be a consistent problem. When I use r2-bike or bike-discount, not only is the shipping cheaper but typically items dispatch next day. This isn't only during busy times such as Orange Week - I have noticed it consistently.
Everything is quite well, but I received other wheels than I ordered. I have a lot of time to discuss with support about returning package, printing labels in the post, etc..

what showed up was a very used second hand trainer
they have now said they will make thing's right.

Everything is clear on the website. Really like this website. Only recommendation from me is that when you make en international order (eg. outside Germany) there is no good estimation for when it will arrive. I also think it’s not easy to do, but already a range of a couple a days would be handy.

O preço do transporte é muito caro e pouco eficiente. A transportadora DHL não me veio entregar a encomenda a casa, obrigado-me a ir buscar a um ponto de entrega.

VAT invoice missing
Bike itself was delivered on time in good condition. The problem is that I wanted to receive VAT invoice. I entered my European VAT number but the receipt I received doesn't include it. Even the customer support confirmed that they see the VAT number but refused to send VAT invoice. That costs me circa 2000 EUR!

I dont think this is link to the website itself, but more with the delivery company. Yet i've ordered a bike and i am still waiting for information on a possible delivery date almost 1 month after ordering.
