Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
As a bike enthusiast, I love shopping on bike-discount.de. With a good customer service and an excellent choice of bike parts and accessories its my favorite online shop. Fast shipping also adds up.
It would be great to get notified when items in my cart or wish list change prices. And as any customer would like, more discounts, please :)

If the shipping fee for international cargo becomes cheaper...
I think that the quick and appropriate response typical of a German company is truly impressive. In other words, if the shipping fee for international cargo becomes cheaper, the evaluation will be further improved.
