Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Always great. I bought in 2020 a Radon Render 8.0 Perfekt delivery.
And after that big order for my it didn't stop with upgrade my mtb gear.
I had to have the total cleaning and service kit to keep my bike in perfect condition and many more.....
Bigger rear brake, hub, front fork shaft, chain, helmet, backpack, jersey, gloves,
cap, tools, and so much nice stuff, the have it all.
Also great feedback or solution when you ask for help.

Search criteria adapted to categories could be a big improvement in the website (ex: when navigating bike carriers a criteria should be material: steel/aluminum/plastic)
