Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
I'm a long-time customer here, and ordered parts needed for a 2 month bike holiday. The parcel company lost the parcel and sent me a confirmation mail that they have for sure lost the parcel. I've contacted bike-discount 4 times now and they refuse to answer. I've made it clear that I need this parcel urgently (have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now). The only answer I get is: "we will come back to you via mail". Via mail they sent a standard message that the parcel company has not yet contacted them...
Any other online shop I know would already have resent the package. Customer satisfaction is not very important. This will have been my last purchase here
Ordering system is perfect. Payment methods could be better. Ideal payment is unfortunately missing only payments by credit card. My credit card was after successful payment without reason rejected by bike-discount, second time it worked well.
Customers outside Germany can’t use coupons that they include in the package. It’s a nice touch but kind of discriminating.

Delivery was fine, little issue with bike
Delivery was on little longer side, but still fine. I was informed about shipping with working tracking, which is very nice. Bike arrived assembled and well packed in box box, without any damage.
There was issue with package, but eshop fault as screw holes werent retapped after painiting, in combination with low quality screws caused one of the screw to get stuck and snap, which is quite annoying with brand new bike.
Other then that, satisfied.

I didnd receive my parcel. The delivery company, DHL, said that they delivery my purchase to the hotel NOVUM ALDEA BERLIN and the Hotel deny received it. Supposedly MR SHIRINOV, employed' hotel, received my parcel but I talked with him and they said thay he never didn'd received my purchase .So, somebody is lying... all is too weird... and had to came back to my country with muy parcel

bike sent with a defect
No notification about delivery date from DHL. Bike came with frame defect. I was proposed 75eur voucher what is not in line with European consumer law.
