I have used Bike-discount a few times.. at first I wasn't sure if it was a scam because they were a lot cheaper but the delivery to UK is always really fast with great comms.. I have never had any issues and now happily recommend to friends.. the only issue for some might be the 150Euro minimum spend.. for me it just means I buy more..
Ordered a saddle with carbon rails and received another model with manganese rails; after 3 weeks that item appears as out of stock even though they stated that after I will send back the wrong saddle they will replace it. If they won't solve this in a reasonable way I will file a ECCNET complaint and never order again from them.
Very broad service offering with good prices. Make sure to select DHL for delivery. Dpd does not meet expectations with packages delivered more than two weeks after shipment by Bike Discount.

Bike-Discount does NOT care about their customers!! When something is wrong, they just completely ignore you. Orders are only half delivered (but paid in full). I had it more than once unfortunately. Such complaints are completely ignored. Bit of advice: NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT THIS COMPANY

customer service was terrible. took half a dozen emails just to get an answer regarding what shipping estimates are. Once that was finally answered, I had to ask, but never got a reply as to why the company chooses to save a couple dollars to send overseas with 20 day shipping instead of 2-3 day shipping....at least give the customer an option to pay that extra $2 to shave 2 weeks off delivery time. On top of all that, doesn't seem like my package went in the mail until 2 weeks after the order was placed based on shipment scans. Assuming my order ever gets here, I'll have had a new bike sitting in my apartment for over a month before I was able to make use of it while waiting for this order to arrive.

1. the shipment was handed over by us to DHL one day after your order. 2. it is DHL standard transport and not express. But for Express you would have had to pay not 2,- Dollar but at least 100,- Dollar more. Also important. Overseas shipping is currently delayed due to Corona and the Ukraine war.

While I've placed several orders with bike discount in the past and received great service (items in stock, fair shipping, brand new items), my recent experience with returning products to them has stained that view. Their returns team did not collect my order, despite sending them several follow-up e-mails, they neglected collection for over a month and the return package was deemed abandoned by DHL and sent back to me AT MY EXPENSE (I live in Canada, it won't be cheap). It will be 3 months now since I sent them the return package. I've spoken to 3 different employees from BD, have been corresponding with one from the complaints department for over a month now, and to date he has played dumb, not offering any solutions to this issue, and rejected my requests to escalate the issue. This experience cannot coexist with a customer-oriented company. Avoid doing business with this company at all cost, there are 2 or 3 other German competitors with massively better customer service and same competitive prices (do your research)
I hate it when êople are asking how good they are doing before anything is done....

I have made a partial return for 2 of my orders, tracking from DHL says they are delivered almost 3 weeks ago. But no return yet, no email, that they received anything.
I have written to the support. They still didn't even answer me except for the automatic response that it make take till 5 days (already more than a week passed after I have written this email)
