Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

I'm a long-time customer here, and ordered parts needed for a 2 month bike holiday. The parcel company lost the parcel and sent me a confirmation mail that they have for sure lost the parcel. I've contacted bike-discount 4 times now and they refuse to answer. I've made it clear that I need this parcel urgently (have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now). The only answer I get is: "we will come back to you via mail". Via mail they sent a standard message that the parcel company has not yet contacted them... Any other online shop I know would already have resent the package. Customer satisfaction is not very important. This will have been my last purchase here

There were difficulties with the parcel delivery. Please excuse the inconvenience. Unfortunately, a few formalities had to be clarified. The amount was refunded immediately.

Deliveries to Israel, among others, may currently take longer than usual. There are several known reasons for this. Both DHL and we generally point these out. In such cases you really need some patience. By the way: We even pay a temporary crisis surcharge to the transport company, which we of course do not pass on to the customer.

Well as much as I searched they seemed to offer best price on the item I wanted, it arrived in 7 days, and Im satisfied. it's a shame you have to pay 10€ shipping, that makes me not want to order often, maybe once a year, I have to plan strategic and order many items at once to make it worthwhile, even if I order 100€ worth of stuff 10€ for shipping is 10% so you really think twice if you need these things at all
