Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Bike delivered within 3 weeks. Goods well protected. Unfortunately, the cable for lowering the dropper is too short. When I turn the handlebar all the way to the left, the saddle falls down. The rest of the equipment works very well.

No parts, no money back, no communication
I have ordered some very specific parts, e.g. a headset for Radon Swoop. I have never received it. Bike Discount has sent the package through DHL, which has contracted another carrier. I have never received the package, even if it appears as delivered.
I have notified the situation to Bike Discount. First, they said they have to sort it with DHL, a process which would take 5 days. 5 days have long been done, I have spoken with Bike Discount on the phone, asking them nicely to either deliver a new package, or refund until this sorts out.
I did not receive any answer. I was continuosly told to wait. I cannot use my bike. I contacted DHL, in order to report the situation my self, I was told it is not their business and that I had to cotact the contractor. I tried for a few hours to contact Cargus, the subcontractor, the line is always busy.
I am currently on the phone with Bike DIscount, I called them for one hour, they are not answering. This is the first time it happens. Was I blacklisted?
In conclusion: no parts, to answers, no refund. I even wrote Bike Discount an e-mail saying I really don t want to write such a review, but still no answer.

I like them. Efficient and to the point. Not super friendly but they’re german and I am latin american so I understand. Will keep buying from them, no doubt.
prezzi comprtitivi e buona scelta. Sarebbe bene che lo spedizioniere inbiasse una mail per il giorno di consegna, indicando, se non una fascia oraria, almeno mettina/pomeriggio.

Huge product choices, you'll find what you're looking for and at an excelente price, however can¡t give the 5* just because the delivery delays are really not great...order preparation itself takes a lot of time, so it's not only carrier related delays, it's on Bike Discount itself. Other then this minor issue everything else as been great so far.
