I have used Bike-discount a few times.. at first I wasn't sure if it was a scam because they were a lot cheaper but the delivery to UK is always really fast with great comms.. I have never had any issues and now happily recommend to friends.. the only issue for some might be the 150Euro minimum spend.. for me it just means I buy more..
Ordered a saddle with carbon rails and received another model with manganese rails; after 3 weeks that item appears as out of stock even though they stated that after I will send back the wrong saddle they will replace it. If they won't solve this in a reasonable way I will file a ECCNET complaint and never order again from them.
Very wide offer and competitive prices. Very rapid sending.
Search criteria adapted to categories could be a big improvement in the website (ex: when navigating bike carriers a criteria should be material: steel/aluminum/plastic)

I love variety of products, and good prices. What they could improve is delivery time, it takes even a week to deliver it should be 24h. Furthermore I would love to see possibility to modify the order before it has been shipped.

Best price in the world. They ship the parcel within 48 hours.
Packaging needs to be improved. Twice I have received the parcel ripped/broken and inside items damaged. Heavy items need to be sent with heavy duty packaging.

Delivery of the first bike was within suggested timeframe but there couple of issues regarding assembly of the product. Not a big deal but they should have been taken care and corrected at pre- delivery check and service.

I liked the older website more but maybe it's all about getting used to. Delivery is not so fast as in the earlier days but it is not necessary. Good shop, I'm an addict for more then 10 years now !
