Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

Great products and competitive prices. Nice that Mva is allready paid when the package arrive in Norway. An option for DHL express would be appreciated, as ordinary delivery has been up to 10days

I was delighted to find the Borson Bike Bag selling for approximately half the price it would cost in the US. the web site is easy to navigate, delivery expenses and time were very reasonable.
Good website and comprehensive catalogue of bikes, parts, accessories etc. I have dealt with them for more than 5 years and have always received excellent service with very competitive prices.

Excellent customer service. DHL are the carrier used for shipping purchases to Ireland. DHL use An Post (local Provider) to deliver purchases within Ireland. Very difficult to track shipment.
