I never received the order, in tracking it went from Germany to Poland and returned to Germany and never came to Portugal. I contacted the seller who replied that he would investigate, and later informed me that I heard there was a problem with the carrier that they would respond to soon, to which I replied that they would either send me a new shipment or they would give me my money back. I received an email from the seller two days ago that the purchase was canceled and that I would be refunded my money, but so far neither money nor shoes.

I love this store, this is not the first time I order from it, their main advantage is the price, it is lower than anywhere else. Among their disadvantages: - there are very few filters, and often they don’t work. If you know the name of the product, then it’s better to search for it by name, but if you don’t know, you’ll have to look through everything. It happens that you go to the tire section and want to find a Pirelli P Zero with a width of “28” there, you select the Pereli brand in the filters and the width of “28” in the filters and as a result it shows that there are no Pirelli tires at all, although they have a lot of them. - Their technical support is not very loyal, they sent a product that is slightly defective, but it can be fixed at a local workshop, and it would cost them less on delivery than sending it back to them for replacement y, and then they sent me this replacement and I didn’t have time for it, I offered them to give me a small compensation or some kind of promotional code for the next purchase for this, but they refused and told me to send it back to them, I didn’t have time for this and I refused and went and repaired it in half an hour at a local workshop, paying 10 euros. - when you switch the language of the site, reviews are not translated and there is no way to attach photos to reviews, although it is now standard to have such a function on the site. - sometimes bugs happen on the site when switching languages, for example, after switching to English, the drop-down list with languages does not close back and cannot be forcibly closed, as a result of which it covers part of the screen and the button to go to your personal account. - the tracking number of parcels is not displayed in your personal account.
