I’m a very pleased with, the prices and all the shops that i made, only the delivery to Portugal is a little bit too slow and should be a free delivery above a certain amount

Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem. First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop. Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

Delayed delivery

Shipping notification issued on 1.10.2024. Parcel ready to be picked up on 14.10.2024 (Bulgaria), but by mistake the contact phone number was not forwarded to the logistic company. I do know whose fault it is, most probably it is DHL as they operate by a partner in Bulgaria. Luckily the DHL Bulgarian partner was contacted and the delivery was completed, but it costs time (another 7 days delay) and a few phone calls. It is really disappointing.

For privacy reasons, the phone number is not passed on to the logistics partner by default. I can see from the shipment tracking that the logistics partner tried to deliver but was unable to reach you as you were absent. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

I bought bike computer Garmin Edge 1050. The price at checkout was higher than in the offer. Sent message to support but nobody even reacted. I bought with higher price but that was not fair at all. Apart from this all perfect. Fast shipment, no problems.

MTB is Ok. De gebruiksaanwijzigingen zijn slecht. Je krijgt een losse doos met onderdelen bij en zoek het maar uit! Op de foto van de fiets is een display op het stuur te zien maar deze zit er niet bij. Goed opletten wat je koopt dus.

Bike discount che vende in tutto il mondo dovrebbe comunicare con i clienti nella lingua di provenienza del cliente non solo i n inglese. Un'altra cosa se il corriere sbaglia contattare il cliente e chiedere come poter risolvere ( io non ho ricevuto il pacco e il corriere ha dichiarato che io non ho voluto il prodotto)

I called as there was a mistake with the order I Recieved, and the person told me they would send me an email with further steps and guide on how to proceed, but I never got contacted. Other then that delivery was fast, and price was good.
