Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

I'm a long-time customer here, and ordered parts needed for a 2 month bike holiday. The parcel company lost the parcel and sent me a confirmation mail that they have for sure lost the parcel. I've contacted bike-discount 4 times now and they refuse to answer. I've made it clear that I need this parcel urgently (have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now). The only answer I get is: "we will come back to you via mail". Via mail they sent a standard message that the parcel company has not yet contacted them... Any other online shop I know would already have resent the package. Customer satisfaction is not very important. This will have been my last purchase here

Return shipping

It would be great if Bikediscount would offer inverse return shipping method. High value cross border packages are very expensive for puplic.

Still waiting for delivery

Mixed experience with the company. I have ordered some bike parts on 19th July, they dispatched it quite quickly, and it was handed over to delivery company DHL the 21st July. The parcel has arrived to DHL export center in Feucht the next day. So far so good. But the latest update was on 23 July, that the parcel was on its way to destination country. It has been over 2 weeks, when I finally had enough and reached out to customer service. They answered the next day and they are investigating my lost parcel as of now. I hope the issue gets resolved soon and I either receive my parcel or getting reimbursed for my purchase.

Delivery operator to Finland is bad. Slow and unreliable. Also pricing changes on website after being updated in shopping cart, annoying system since you see at first lower price than it really is.

The amount in the shopping cart may adjust when you check out because the order has to be calculated according to the VAT of the destination country.
