Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
I'm a long-time customer here, and ordered parts needed for a 2 month bike holiday. The parcel company lost the parcel and sent me a confirmation mail that they have for sure lost the parcel. I've contacted bike-discount 4 times now and they refuse to answer. I've made it clear that I need this parcel urgently (have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now). The only answer I get is: "we will come back to you via mail". Via mail they sent a standard message that the parcel company has not yet contacted them...
Any other online shop I know would already have resent the package. Customer satisfaction is not very important. This will have been my last purchase here
Dear customer, we have already explained to you by email that we are not allowed to intervene in the fully automated payment process for security reasons. Once a payment transaction has been completed, it is technically not possible to do so, as the system does not allow this for the security of the customers.

Ordered in 5/11/2022 shipment to Israel. today is 26/11/2022 and the package is still in Germany who knows for how long.
You should give your customers expected delivery time and do the efforts to meet it!

Unfortunately, we can no longer influence the further course of the shipment once it has been handed over to our logistics partner. the last item i ordered from them was different as described in their website to the one i got, they send incomplete item there is no fork remote lever as what i suppose to recieve, and very slow responce if you have question from them so disappointing

Web site charged different price than advertised - due to the "not implemented country of delivery" selection. Later on, they fixed the issue with their Webshop, but also kept 200EUR I was overcharged

Dear customer, first there were discrepancies with "your" credit card. Our service then helped you to place an order. Then one item was actually sold out. The amount for this item was immediately credited back to the credit card. Please check again.

Would not recommend buying bike here
Bought bike from here.
Very poor job was done assembling it. Some bolts and screws were tightened so tight that some parts were broken etc. Would not recommend buying bike here.

Paid shipping twice
If you get the right size of wearables it’s ok otherwise it could happen that you pay shipping in both directions without being refunded for at least one way of shipping fees.

Please excuse this delay in delivery. Briefly for clarification: "Deutsche Post" is DHL !!! And if you expect DHL to deliver at your place, you would have to order "DHL EXPRESS". However, this then costs a different price.
