Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

Credit card payment not working
The credit card payment method was not working. I had to do a bank transfer, which was not common for online shopping. The charging of the VAT was also not clear and did not made the online shopping experience unpleasant.
The products were delivered in good condition but took some time, which I guess was within the normal delivery timeframe.

2nd Failed delivery
This is the second consecutive order where my stock has not been delivered. On the first order my address was captured incorrectly and the second order’s delivery also failed.
