I’m a very pleased with, the prices and all the shops that i made, only the delivery to Portugal is a little bit too slow and should be a free delivery above a certain amount
Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem.
First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop.
Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.
Great shop with plenty of quality items and rapid delivery.
>> Main issue is the website which does not work on google chrome and sometimes refreshes you shopping cart and so you have to start all over again! Otherwise very satisfied, thank you.

Bike Discount is cheaper, and generally very good. Right up until returns need to be made...even for products that were never ordered...the return postage kills the price advantages, and the company agants are cursory and rude

Free return is only for a handful of countries
Free return is only available for a small selection of countries (Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria.) not within the EU. That came as a surprise as it is pretty basic feature for other online retailers (ie. Bikeinn) That is OK if you buy bike parts but a big problem if you buy bike clothing. Other than that prices and services are OK.

Huge 35% additional cost to goods ordered in form of Customs charges which added to final total made it far cheaper to order in UK. It also took 5 weeks to arrive due to customs delays via their delivery company. This is not directly Bike Discounts fault but UK customers should be made aware of potential delivery delays due to customs and big additional expenses to their goods.
I have contacted Bike Discount Support team to express this but as yet 6 days later, no response
