I have used Bike-discount a few times.. at first I wasn't sure if it was a scam because they were a lot cheaper but the delivery to UK is always really fast with great comms.. I have never had any issues and now happily recommend to friends.. the only issue for some might be the 150Euro minimum spend.. for me it just means I buy more..
Ordered a saddle with carbon rails and received another model with manganese rails; after 3 weeks that item appears as out of stock even though they stated that after I will send back the wrong saddle they will replace it. If they won't solve this in a reasonable way I will file a ECCNET complaint and never order again from them.
Return policy is poor. They do not provide any return shipping label even to all countries inside EU.

Prices changes from advertised to when you start to buy. Prices are a bit lower on other places and there are often products that at least I want, that are not in stock.

I would like give more stars, but i have returned my purchase because it didnt fit
Till now i cant see any trace on their website of my return and i didnt get ly money back until now.
Also they said return is easy and without cost but i had to pay more or less 14€

It took 11 days (9 working days) to receive the parcel. I would not trust local postal services to make the home delivery. You might want to reconsider changing the (local) courier service. Estimated time for delivery on your webpages is 3–5 days.
