Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
I'm a long-time customer here, and ordered parts needed for a 2 month bike holiday. The parcel company lost the parcel and sent me a confirmation mail that they have for sure lost the parcel. I've contacted bike-discount 4 times now and they refuse to answer. I've made it clear that I need this parcel urgently (have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now). The only answer I get is: "we will come back to you via mail". Via mail they sent a standard message that the parcel company has not yet contacted them...
Any other online shop I know would already have resent the package. Customer satisfaction is not very important. This will have been my last purchase here
Good offer and services / appreciate a discount from time to time
Overall im very satisfied with BikeDiscount offer and services.
I'm a customer since many years and always appreciated the reliability, speed and quality of products available.
As a long term and regular customer i would however expect from time to time to get some vaucher or discounts for my new orders.
i would appreciate if you could consider it.

I like the big assortment however i miss a few items of which i at this moment have no specific examples.
What could be improved is the time between ordering and shipping. However i know hete in the netherlands are about the only country in the world that had sameday handling and shipping so i might be just spoiled!

It's a great shop. Has its flaws in customer service area though...
It's a great shop when it comes to the variety of goods, choice of parts/brands etc. However, the customer service sometimes lacks responsiveness. Some rather simple inquires take quite a long time to be answered. Their response time is slightly better when the communication is in German.

High quality in a very good price
Quality and prices of the products is very good. For some reason the final prices at the checkout were slightly higher than what they were listed. Delivery was fine, but the tracking information did not update (obviously, this isn’t BD’s fault).

Smooth purchase process with accurate stock indicators, attractive pricing, reasonable shipping price within EU and relatively quick delivery.
Return costs could be improved as when returning less than €50 value, a customer cost is incurred.

I would have given 5 stars but for the minimum purchase spend for shipping to the UK. I happened to be travelling to Germany where I could buy the items I needed for no delivery cost. Otherwise, everything else perfect

I like that they have great prices and always match other stores prices if in stock. I didn't particularly have a great unboxing experience of my bike, but they did refund me for damaged parts. I recommend this store.

It used to be that they would ship the order immediately in the past, but this year they took 3-5 business days so ship products that I made sure were IN STOCK.
