Perfect prices and assortment. Quick delivery to Estonia. Have only one note: regarding the website. When I add something to cart, it's gonna disappear on the next day. So usually I save to favs on my internet browser, because I need few days to make a list. Also something weird happening with "favorites". Even if you still logged in, you can't see whole the list (as I understand only the ones saved in cookies). You have to log out and log in again to see all the items. Please fix it if you can.

They have some problem with there website, the price is different between countries, nothing wrong about that but the thing is the website has so much bugs so you see the real price first at checkout. So the price you see when you add an item to you’re shopping cart could be wrong, even if you have the right settings. That sucks a bit… I bought the bike anyway and it’s freaking awesome and has the highest spec for the money that I could find.

the menu is very staight foward. when im searching for an specific product i dont even have to look it up, i just go via the menu and then i find exactly what i need. also i never have to look further to other websites because its generaly always cheaper here. only one douwnside is that shipping to belgium is never free. but even with that in mind is ordering here cheaper than anywere else.

Har alltid levererat rätt och bra. Jag hade beställt fel vara en gång och det ordnade dom väldigt bra. Precis som en webshop skall fungera. Litar mer på denna än butik fysiskt. Problemet är att du måste veta exakt vad du vill ha men jag tror dom även kan hjälpa dig med detta oxå. Det tar ungefär lite mer än en vecka att få varan om du bor i Jämtland (om varan är i lager).

Fast shipping, wide selection of products and great prices make for a good experience. The site could be improved by more filtering options based on for example usecase or technical specifications and measurements. The current system works well if you have already decided what to buy but not if you want to browse the available options.

Lately I have been experiencing a transport/delivery problem. DHL does not send the full delivery address and its counterpart in Romania, Cargus does not deliver the product. I have to go somewhere outside the city, to the logistics point to receive the order. Please resolve this situation. Thank you.

Using BD since years. Great selection, good prices, very good service - usually quick shipment and very good, quick customer support (very important!). By far my favorite cycling internet store (and I am not in Germany). Buying at BD I feel like a kid in a toy store :)

As usual they always have what I require, it gets despatched very promptly and arrives in good condition, they also answer any queries almost the same day and can often offer advice if I am not sure about a product, just a very efficient and friendly company.......

It's a great bike for its price ☝️ The gears weren't set up, but that's not a problem. I didn't notice the obvious disadvantages. The only thing is, the box was badly dented during transportation, but the bike arrived intact. I recommend a bicycle to buy.

Bike Discount hooked me up with an awesome bike stand I was unable to purchase in America. They provided extremely fast shipping and made everything on my end extremely easy. I would definitely recommend them to others and I will be a returning patron.

As ususal, the order was processed fast and it was also sent and received very quick. I could found anything I wanted on the site and the information about the products was very helpful so I coud pick the right sizes and items, according to my needs.

Everything is great, huge product range, the best prices and excellent customer service. Only negative point are the shipping delays, not on the carier side, Bike Discount can sometime put 3 to 4 days to ship it, even if all articles are in stock.

I have ordered 4 RADON bikes in total from bike-discount shop. And I am satisfied. Radon brand offers good quality bikes with excellent components and reasonably priced. Such bikes from famous brands would cost you double the price.

I like the prompt delivery, but I have to spend a week until I manage to get in line the bike components that have not been properly leveled and fixed. I have to visit couple of times bike workshops and spend additional money.

I would like to have better shipment cost for Greece when ordering for example only 2-3 lightweight bicycle accessories and looking the past ordering that have been done earning bonus for lower cost next time.thank you!

Zawsze najtaniej, szybka dostawa. Na kilkanaście przedmiotów, które zamówiłem przez tę stronę, tylko raz stan faktyczny nie zgadzał się ze stanem zamówienia. Brakowało paru drobnych mało znaczących elementów. I tak 5*
