I recently bought two e-bikes online from Bike-Discount in Germany , and they were shipped to Belgium . The entire process was smooth and efficient, with clear communication and fast delivery. The bikes arrived well-packaged and were easy to assemble. Their quality exceeded my expectations, and I’m very satisfied with the purchase. Highly recommend Bike-Discount for their great service and product quality.

Good communication and delivery times. The (Radon) bike is nicely built and was pretty much ready to ride right out of the box. Now I just wait for snow for installing spiked tires to be ready for winter-commuting. Delivery costs to the Nordics have a flat rate, for better or worse. It's fine for larger orders, but for smaller ones competitors often have a slight price-advantage when shipping is included.

Everything went as promised, the delivery (eBike and via DHL) happened within the estimated timeframe. It was almost completely assembled, I only had to put a few parts back together. The manual was in German and in English which I was pleasantly surprised with. In general very satisfied with my order and with the whole process.

I order parts from Bike Discount 3 or 4 times a year - their website is superb - informative and comprehensive, stock availability is genereally excellent and turn around of orders is very quick. On the one occaision I had to return an item the process was efficient and painless - well done.

Ich finde den Laden toll Es hat eine sehr gute Auswahl. Die Preise sind sehr kompetitiv und sie liefern nach Rumänien ziemlich schnell. Ich habe viele Sachen bei denen eingekauft unter anderem auch ein Full-Suspension MTB das sehr gut verpackt nach etwa 3 Wochen bei mir ankam.

I had issues with some tyres recently. Bubbles had appeared on them when fitted. I contacted the manufacturer who told me to contact the seller. So I got in touch with the Helpdesk and after a week or two I was sent some brand new replacements.

competitive prices; (mixed components as a package eg. brakes (4 pistons front, 2 pistons rear); better shifters with mid calipers, etc. ; I also like OEM components, that can be bought at a lower prices (the only difference being packaging)

Items in stock are actually in stock, so that is good. Shipoing is fast, but a bit pricey compared to other shops. I asked for the price match service on one of tge items and never got any response on that. So not so good on that regard

Only claim is that I ordered kickstand together with bike, however Bike Discount didn't discover that the fittings of kickstand i ordered didn't match the fittings on the bike. So I had to return the kickstand and order the right one.

This order everything went well, items just like expected, and normal delivery time with DPD courier, unfortunately the order before took more than two weeks for the items to arrive but the problem was with the DHL courier.

Always had a great experience with B-D while buying but recently I just made a mistake on the product I wanted to buy and they were incredibly fast cancelling my order and giving me the tefund. And this was on a weekend!

The bike i ordered was not fine tuned - seems like no one actually even tried to ride it, poor assembly quality. Belt drive system was touching the cable, touching the chain guard and was making noises during the ride

Great website, easy to navigate and has lower prices than anywhere else I've found. Selection is a bit limited and often low on stock. But if you can what you need it's usually a great deal! Zero issues thus far.

I like from this online store that they have specific brands and items you won't find in similar shops or even in Amazon or Ali Express Bike Discount has also very good prices and shipping service.

The item is in perfect condition. However, the item was not shipped directly by DHL but was transferred to Speed ​​Post and took 3 weeks to be sent to Hong Kong, therefore, I only gave it 4 stars.
