ALIVIO CS-HG400 9-speed Cassette 12-36, XT/ULTEGRA CN-HG93 9-speed Chain 114 Links, TC-2 Professional Tool Box, some other stuff were ordered. Everything received well, within approx. a week to Latvia. Nothing is installed / tested yet, as I`m still killing my old casette (same model) and chain (a bit cheaper Shimano version), so cannot tell at the moment anything about the quality of received goods.

First things first. There are some very good deals to be made on this site. I started a project on converting an old worldtraveller to xt t8000 groupset. I had some questions about previous orders and additional shipping information that didn´t show up in my account on the site. Since the site isn´t always the most functional to navigate. After some searching I found what I needed. Even searching in dutch. After contacting the help desk, i waoted paitiently, but the response was very fast and extremely correct and helpfull. My order was expidited very quickly so I could get my bike in tiptop shape for the holidays. To be recomended

Clear and comprehensive bicycle presentation, true and clear pictures, competitive prices, easy to order and prompt delivery. Bicycle package was not sufficiently secured against tampering. The box was merely stuck by a pair of tapes, which could easily be removed and reattached by a third party. In fact I found in the box a pair of empty candy wrappers, which presumably have been thrown inside by somebody, either the courrier or a third party who had access to the package. Fortunately the bicycle was intact.

Being a bike mechanic myself it's not the most intuitive experience to have parts listed by bike type, since many same parts are used across all types of bikes. Also there's really poor filters... For example, I'm looking for a 40t 110-4 BCD 2x chainring. I need to check three pages for chainrings for road, gravel and MTB separately and can't filter by the sizes. Preferred listing order should stick. Prices, shipping time etc. 5/5.

Correct descriptions of bike parts and compatibility is very important. Kudos for that. Keep up with good work. I had to buy front 27.5 wheel but for a quick relese fork so i found an adapter fast and easy. Everything fits perfectly together.

All service was great except the fact that I needed to sort out return shipping myself - and this adds extra risks and costs (and I am based in EU, so it's an unequal service). I would have rather liked if they provided return label, even if I had to pay for it. This reason alone is why I would not buy a helmet from them again.

Easy to use interface. Nearly excellent categories, but some products only for road can be in the gravel category. Contact form is not working that time I tried it. I contacted support using contacts. I be able to resolve all issues successfully and quickly. Easy to navigate and search. Good products description and reviews.

I have no problem ordering from them again. Now two orders within the last two months have been delivered within estimated time period, and all items have been included and correct. Very happy with their prices and custom support when I was asking about order confirmation which was a few days delayed due to heavy workload.

Bike-discount continues to deliver me all most of my bike-related needs. I've been shopping here for 8 years, and don't see any reason to stop. They have a really wide selection, good prices, and good customer service. The website could use a little bit of improvements, but it works well enough as it is.

Good prices, good delivery speed, po problems with returns. But sometimes important technical information is missing. Even size guides are not clear always. Like gloves measurement - some are in palm width, others in length, and you need to find this by yourself if you lucky...

I could use the voucher I got for my birthday. I found all the products I needed. Got updates for the status of the delivery. The design and and general use experience of the online shop could be improved a bit. Feels a bit old and the search is not very responsive.

What they say is what you get and the delivery is fast en clear. But the box was heavily damaged but the items were okay. But think more about the delivery service than about the webshop. ordering was not complete, but it worked out just fine without this small part.

Bike-discount is great place to buy stuff. Only thing that can be better is delivery service, they use DHL which in Croatia cooperates with Croatian national delivery service which is awful (slow and unreliable). Please add more deliveries options to choose from.

International return options could be easier for customers. E.g. in the Nike app in Poland you can request return and app will just show you a QR code which you use in the inPost service's parcel machine - and that's it, no need to print some return forms, etc.

Price was very good, delivery fast, and quick response to a fast query when order was already being processed. Cannot get much better than this and in the current landscape, this is an oasis of professionalism so far as my experience is concerned.

The delivery cost to Finland is above average and the shipping takes too long compared to the price of the shipment. At a rate of 15 euros it shouldn’t take more than 2 business days from Germany to Finland, but on average it takes 5-7 days.

Wide range of cycling goods at a reasonable price, my only recommendation would be to improve delivery time, as each time I have to wait nearly 10 days, I live in Ireland so not to far away, and I do pay for delivery. But I do like the site
