Always up to date website and infromations. In case of a problematic devlivery/order the assistants of the Bike Discount immediatelly respond and solve the problems. This is my top online store for bike stuff. They have a great article selection, the prices are the lowest in the market and their customer service is excellent. The only thing it could be better is the delivery delays that are a bit long, not only because of the carrier itself but mostly on the time it takes between your order and the shipment.

The order was completed on time declared on the website, the bike was assembled and well packed in a box, all I had to do was tighten the pedals and straighten the handlebar.
