Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Overall it is ok and i like option to select product version directly from the list.
Site feels like it is slow sometimes (page loading).
One annoying thing is that my location is not remembered when i Sign in as customer. So every time i have to select my country again as it is DE as default.
There is no option to "Add to cart" from my Wishlist
There is no link to an Item from the Order history details. And also i think there should be invoice available for download from my previous orders.

A big choice of bicycle parts and accessories or all kinds, very good pricing, reasonable shipping fee for outside Germany and also, compared to other shops - fast shipping and delivery. I usually don't have to wait for the parcel to reach Ireland more than a week. I bought at two competitors from Germany and had to wait for 2-3 weeks. Hence I do most of my bicycle related shopping here

Best webshop for bike related stuff
I would say this is the best webshop for bikes/bike equipment. I ordered more than 5 times (and looking to order again soon) and everything went perfect. Once there was a problem with some cleaning fluid as the bottle was broken but everything got sorted really fast by their support team and I got a new cleaning fluid a few days later.

Good prices and quality!
"What could we possibly do better?" : lower shipement-delivery cost to EU region! ;) , then we with friends would buy things more often!
