I have used Bike-discount a few times.. at first I wasn't sure if it was a scam because they were a lot cheaper but the delivery to UK is always really fast with great comms.. I have never had any issues and now happily recommend to friends.. the only issue for some might be the 150Euro minimum spend.. for me it just means I buy more..
Ordered a saddle with carbon rails and received another model with manganese rails; after 3 weeks that item appears as out of stock even though they stated that after I will send back the wrong saddle they will replace it. If they won't solve this in a reasonable way I will file a ECCNET complaint and never order again from them.
Bought my Sram ASX upgrade for a sharp price. Clear info (German/English) and quick response on a question I submitted via chat/mail. The only confusion I had was about the price; there was a little deviation in the first price shown and the one after submitting all shipping details, but that had to do with the VAT rate that differs from country to country. Upgraded my bike (very quick and effortless shifting, gear overview in Wahoo display) and now riding happily ever after :-)

the products and the prices are fantastic. But the delivering service to Portugal-Madeira is very bad. DHL have a code share with portuguese company CTT, and send the items to Madeira By Boat and not by Plane.I'm responding this survey and didn't alreadyreceived the items.

It takes about a week to get orders delivered to Ireland. If there is an issue such as a jersey or pants fit issue, the buyer has to pay for shipping back to Germany and shipping back to Ireland again.
