Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Claims 2-5 days for delivery and it was more like 2 - 3 weeks.

Leider ist die Verpackungstechnik nicht geeignet, in mehreren Fällen kamen die Produkte mit beschädigter Verpackung an, weil sie im Karton hin und her gestoßen wurden.
Best prices this time.
Relatively fast delivery (9 days) in July, concerning the holiday period.

Expensive freight cost to Finland. No free returns so wouldn't order any clothing etc.
