Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
All went well. Bike was just like it was promised.

In many orders we had just 1 small manco.
So the punctuality is very german and excellent.
Then the prices are always competitive especially compared to dutch bike webshops.
So there comes the only thing you could do better en therefore grow more.
In the Netherlands many consumers like to use Ideal for their payments.
Which is not on option with Bike Discount yet.
I strongly believe you could increase marketshare in the Netherlands if you'd start offering that. And also use some marketing in our country so more people realise they can also order parts from Germany.
