Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

Excellent all round - very happy customer
Buy quiet often from the site and every experience so far has been 5 star. Even when the product doesn’t deliver for some reason the customer service team and app allow speedy resolution. My go to website!!
Everything went smoothly, I cancelled one order, no problems except the canceling process is convoluted, it should be more straight forward. I struggled to find the way to cancel. I like that they are using DHL which is most reliable for my address.
