Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem.
First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop.
Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

I received the bike with a blow in the rear wheel. This happened during transport. Bike discount immediately sent a new rear wheel and offered to pay for the bike repair. Great service!

I use Bike Discount above all others as the service is second to none and very fast delivery.
Prices are much better than other retailers.
I have never had an issue with them, I even mistakenly returned an item and they sent it back free of charge although it was my fault.
Every bike shop youll ever need.
