I’m a very pleased with, the prices and all the shops that i made, only the delivery to Portugal is a little bit too slow and should be a free delivery above a certain amount

Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem. First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop. Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

I like how quick and cheap item was, overall quite stoked. Only thing i have to say i didnt like was part where i specificly bought e bike brake set, and house for back/rear brake came to short 1700mm... And now i had to buy aditional house 2000mm and pay another 15€ for shiping... Not cool but other than that awesome

Very good is that, bike is fully assembled, set up and checked (in the box is paper about inspected). You could give a suspension pump as a gift when ordering a full-suspension bike.

Stock problem and slow refunding

With my last order I had some issues because the physical stock was not updated in the system. Because of this issue I had to cancel the order and bike-discount has chosen a form to refund my money that it takes a lot of time. Now I am speaking of 3 weeks since I am waiting for the money into my account and still counting. Otherwise on previous orders I didn't had any issues and the items where well packed.

the dpd delivery is very bad, they do not do what is agreed per telephone. Please allow another delivery , eg ups, for a few euros more? the shop itself is good.
