Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Great service and pricing, however, very slow dispatch of my ordered bike. An example...I am requested to give my opinion for my order, which I have still not taken delivery of.

The process of buying and shipping was pretty simple and fast. But i have a two remarks about one bike. The one wheel spoke was bent and the grips should be blue in this model, but I’ve received black one. The parcel was well protect and not damaged.

Ordering proces went well.
Alltough the communication can perhaps be better.
You can't follow the status of the order or the estimate delivery time.
The service, prices and offer are awesome. Customer service is also great. This time I'm not giving 5 stars because of a return I had to pay for a wrong shoe number.
It is true that it was my mistake. It also true that they do accept the return and refund without issues.
The only thing I got mad at was the information about a free return if the item is more than 50€ which was the case. Well, it's not exactly like that!
Why? Because they rely on a asterisk that says that it is free only for bunch of countries around Germany.
Even if your order is above 4k they made me pay for the return, even after my new order for the right shoe number was also already paid.
Bottom line is that, it's never a good practice relying on asterisks. The UX will for sure jot be good and you can loose a customer on that.
So please put all the information clearly visible.
Apart from this issue I love this store and I will continue to be their customer.

Would give you excellet if you would: 1. reply to my benchmarked email with lower price of your competitor in the past as there was better price offered but no counter offer or at least answer from BD.
2. BD could offer also some additional discount to regular costumers this is why I have also purchased elswhere sometimes. Best Regards
