Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

Pros: Wide selection of products
Cons: 1.It takes a really long time to get answer from customer service. Sometimes it is easier to order from somewhere else than wait for your reply.
2. No free returning from Finland - you should give us at least some kind of flat rate return option.

Fair. Delivered as promised. Deleivery time could improve, however realistic with import from other country and bank check for payment

They do not have a vat scheme in place, unlike many other competitors, so orders coming into the UK will get caught up in customs and will attract duty charges and fees. When the fees are factored in, any apparent cost saving is soon evaporated. Great range of products that are not available as a one stop shop elsewhere so probably worth the hassle.
