I’m a very pleased with, the prices and all the shops that i made, only the delivery to Portugal is a little bit too slow and should be a free delivery above a certain amount
Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem.
First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop.
Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.
bicycle parts at a suitable price, but postage costs are expensive

Wrong item sent. 5 days delay in replying. I did receive a refund eventually for items sent back, but replacing a product from the same shipment did not work either. Customer service in English - not a strength.

Delivery problem
Lately I have been experiencing a transport/delivery problem. DHL does not send the full delivery address and its counterpart in Romania, Cargus does not deliver the product. I have to go somewhere outside the city, to the logistics point to receive the order. Please resolve this situation. Thank you.
