Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Good website, easy to navigate and to find what you need. Good filter options. Prices are generally sharp. Maybe not the cheapest for every item, but in larger orders they typically come out cheapest overall for me. The only thing that could be improved is the speed of shipping to the Netherlands, but it's not enough reason to give them less than 5 stars
