I like your concept!!! I know I'm doing something good for my body: Austrian quality and a great boss with a team... What I miss, or rather, what I would wish for, and I think many feel similarly: For example, an app where I can enter the following: I would like to boost my immune system... the following products are helpful... if you take this product, you don't need... on this day - recommendations on when (morning/midday, evening, before/with meals, never with this product, etc., you need fat to take it ...) what, how long... breaks... Or: I would like to simply enter which products I would like to take/combine - and get a brilliant plan with various tips... I know all this is in the product descriptions of the respective products, but it is tedious to combine everything correctly... I often look things up and spend a lot of time on it. I have been using your products for several years and find them excellent. The shipping is also quite fast. I am always on the lookout for offers because I understand that the high quality of the products means they are not accessible to everyone in the long term. For some supplements, I do cycles, while others should be taken constantly, and over time, the economic aspect weighs in. I am very satisfied with the product itself and really enjoy using it – the quality is as always with Biogena. However, I am annoyed every time by the new packaging (refill bag). The new bag no longer fits as well in the product bottle as the old one. You have to awkwardly fold it to get the powder in safely. At the latest when pulling out the bag, something spills, and you mess everything up. In my opinion, this new design is not thought out at all. Please revise it again! For the product itself, there are 5 stars, but due to the cumbersome handling of the packaging, I deduct stars.

With SIRT-Formula, my lymphatic issues surprisingly completely vanished. I had already tried many things before and hadn't taken SIRT-Formula specifically for the lymph. I am completely amazed by this effect, which appeared after just 3 days of taking it and continues weeks later. I no longer have water in my legs, even though it's so hot right now. Crazy!!!

As always I write the same for years but nothing is changed: when a customer orders the maximum number of tablets, they expect to find a FULL bottle when opening it, not a half-empty bottle. The same applies to the packaging - twice as large and therefore twice as expensive as it should be. Why not simply fill a smaller bottle 100% full? It's also about the environment and resources. Please take heed!

Super fast delivery, always reliable. I've been ordering sporadically for years and the quality seems consistently good and reliable to me. The principle of pure substance is an important quality indicator and purchase argument for me, as many nutritional supplements, both from drugstores, but even from pharmacies, contain additives that are not necessarily needed. Transparency about all used substances, also capsule shells or oils as carrier substances, etc., is decisive for me. If one wanted to improve something, at this point I would go further and wish for more information about, for example, raw materials, origin, testing for pollutants, etc..

My packages are always delivered incorrectly/redirected because there is no readable code/QR code on the packaging (at least that was the information at the relevant post office). Perhaps a solution could be considered in this regard. At least the packages are no longer being sent back to the sender like at the beginning (though I don’t know why, maybe the postal partner 'learned something').

I like the quality of the products and I appreciate the principle of pure substance. I buy products on the recommendation of my nutritionist Anca Ignat and slowly, slowly I became a loyal customer for many situations. I trust Biogena products very much, that's why I order them!🫶 What I don't like: I try to drink as little alcohol as possible. I ordered melatonin from you and see that it is dissolved in 96% alcohol. Definitely, 5 drops daily cannot be healthy for the oral mucosa. As a dentist, I sadly reject that. Transparency This might seem a bit unfair to them (since this message concerns the entire industry), but I find the field of nutritional supplements to be opaque. As a consumer, I feel I have no way to verify whether a product is worthwhile or not. For instance, I like to buy from Watson Nutrition, where they value their products being "tested hundreds of times", but they cost a fraction of Biogena products. I am now undergoing a doctor-supervised immunotherapy recommended by Biogena. When I ask if I can do it at a fraction of the cost through Watson, they say: "It's so cheap, something must be wrong." Fearing not to get the right quality, I buy from Biogena, where I have a good feeling but no real idea if it's necessary. In summary, I am very satisfied with their products, but overall I believe the field of nutritional supplements should be legally - of course reasonably, if possible - regulated, because as a consumer you simply don't know and have to believe everything. With the products I've used so far, I've had a very good feeling, and studies also confirm this: the products are better than the medications prescribed by the doctor!

I had to return an item I ordered by mistake and the experience was very good. Biogena is pretty good at communication quick with the response. And as far as ordering I’ve got no complaints they sort out ordered goods and post them within a few days. The quality is very good. Hence we continue using them.
