I take the Magnesium Siebensalz. It makes me feel good, no more cramps at night and at 43 years old, my hormones and I need more magnesium. My children use the Junior. They do a lot of sports. Very good quality of the products. Reducing diversity is almost unmanageable for the end consumer, and pay attention to the ratio of Vit D3 and K2. When certain products are combined, this order becomes disrupted, meaning either too much or too little of one. How much should be additionally supplemented?

The only thing I have to criticize is the screw bottle cap. The lid came off early but can be reattached. The screw cap is hard to open.
