Everything is great. It would be great if there was an option to choose express transport. Sometimes a part breaks unexpectedly, and if there is a competition coming up, it would be nice to have the possibility that the order will arrive in a few days. Thank you very much.

Delivery to the Netherlands was awfully slow, took 3 weeks in total. RC Fox blamed DPD, DPD didn’t receive the package, customer is victim. Communication with RC Fox is very bad, tried by telephone 5 times in 2 weeks and they just don’t answer the phone. E-mail is also below average, takes long before replying and most of the replies where unkind.

I placed my order on 24/2/2024 and until today 12/3/2024, 17 days later i am still waiting my item to arrive from the warehouse

A lot of room for improvement

Delivery to the Netherlands was awfully slow, took 3 weeks in total. RC Fox blamed DPD, DPD didn’t receive the package, customer is victim. Communication with RC Fox is very bad, tried by telephone 5 times in 2 weeks and they just don’t answer the phone. E-mail is also below average, takes long before replying and most of the replies where unkind.

Hello and TXH a lot for your Mail and Feedback. We just checked the communication with you by Mail and there were several updates you would like to have on the order. Please understand that we are happy to follow up on these updates, but of course these also slows down the packing process. But yes you are right, there was an additional issue with DPD what is clearly visible at the Tracking and not a "blame" like you mentioned. We apologize the delay in receiving your goods and hope this makes it more clear.
