They always ship my orders quickly, and the prices are significantly lower than in the Netherlands. The stock levels shown on their website are always accurate, too, which I find very reliable. I’ve been ordering from here for years and will certainly continue to do so in the future. Prices in the Netherlands are simply far too high.

Wide selection of RC models and spare parts with good availability. Purchases are packaged safely and neatly, and shipped quickly. Shipping fees are slightly higher than the competition, but acceptable for larger orders. Customer service is fast and polite. I recommend it to every RC enthusiast :)

Improve your customer service. You should think not just about profit, but also about your customers' worries. If you are selling a new product (Vanquish VRD Mullet Kit) for nearly 500 euros and you know in advance that the factory seals have been broken and there is no guarantee that all components are included, then it would be right to inform the customer about this at the time of order placement or shipment. When I asked, "How is that even possible?!" RCFOX just said that at their store all kits of this model come with broken seals — followed by the usual apologies and best wishes. When I asked for a refund, they reply saying, "Sure, we agree, and we have sent you a return shipping label in a separate email." The catch is, it's been a week ago, and that email still hasn't shown up. :( Guess they forgot. It happens. I presented this set to my son for his birthday, mentioning that it it fine that the set had been opened by someone before.
