Everything is great. It would be great if there was an option to choose express transport. Sometimes a part breaks unexpectedly, and if there is a competition coming up, it would be nice to have the possibility that the order will arrive in a few days. Thank you very much.
Bought an item that was in stock, but after almost a week of no shipping it appeared to suddenly not be in stock… contacted customer support which responded pretty arrogantly and asked me to “be patient” or cancel my order. Not very impressed.
RCFOX have proven an impressively well stocked, efficient and communicative RC supplier.
All stock incredibly well priced and packed extremely well ensuring my purchases arrived in 1 piece.
RCFOX are now my first port of call for all spares and new purchases
