I have purchased nuuna’s notebooks many times. It’s the first time I have received the 3 notebooks (SKU 55707, SKU 55690, SKU55768. And SKU 55768 is the most damaged one) with mild plastic film package damages (I purchased 6 notebooks this time, the rest are perfect). It is impossible being damaged by custom inspection, because there is no custom seal outside of the box when I received my package. Since I don’t want to return the order or ask any reimbursement, I didn’t take pictures. To be frank, it is really tremendously disappointing to receive such unqualified packaging products from a Germany company. I really do hope NUUNA can improve their package quality check. This is the most unpleasant experience I purchase your notebooks ever.
